Aliona went to the hospital to take a certificate, that she is healthy and can participate in some sport competition. Doctor, instead of signing it, put a card on the medical table in front of her and said: "You know, we doctors are just poor government employees, we are working a lot, but our salary is low, I have a big family, how can I survive with 2 thousand UAH per month? "I think that almost all Ukrainian found themselves in a similar situation, with doctors, teachers or cops pushed you to pay them".
Aliona decided to pretend that she is a journalist (then she studied philology) and said that she understand it, but 600 UAH of her scholarship is also nothing for a comfort life, so she must be a freelance journalistin the non governmental organization that deals with corruption and human rights. He silently took and signed the certificate. "From that point my journalistic career began" (laughs). Also she mentioned that the students who will go abroad and require special certificates have to pay more money to the doctors, if they want to get a certificate in time. Some doctors think that if you can go abroad, you have a lot of money to paid.
